Avoid top mistakes of sexual spiritual...
Most people pretend it doesn't exist. "I can't imagine talking about sensual sexual openly, much less feel the sharing of its energy." Alternately, you can learn to feel & express this life-enhancing energy with others ~ without offending anyone. It's learnable. Talking brings it out of the dark. One of the top mistakes is to ignore it. Now might be the time to practice sexual spiritual expression & find a flowing new love. Worry about having too few sexual-spiritual experiences or worry about not doing it right when an opportunity does arise is the second top mistake. Worry worry worry... In our experience worry arises as the ruthless thief of sexual spiritual ecstasy. It comes from a core belief ~ "I'm not enough." You can transcend this mistake by being attentive as the worry comes, be bold by thanking it for coming, and then choose to be interested (openly curious) about what is actually present...sensually, feel for the subtle places. Trying too hard is the third top mistake. Many people in their sexual & spiritual lives have "struggling habits." This is the opposite of being fluent & flowing. Urgency in sex limits the experience for many people...relaxing into it is the alternative practice. Urgent tension is often a compensation for the resistance & worry described above. These unconscious reactions can imprint energy-wasting movements in your sexual-spiritual life. Avoiding them is essential to full awakening in our experience. Give yourself patience in mastering the new skills. Learn to make a habit of mindful movements of body, energy & arousal. Practice reducing resistance, worry & urgency by focusing purely on reducing effort & increasing flow.

To begin the new school of Tantra Heart Kriya Yoga, have we left Ipsalu Tantra Inc, the organization? Yes, this is the time for us to evolve, to expand what we offer with more freedom, clarity & boldness in our love service to the world. We were the primary creators of Ipsalu Tantra Inc 9 years ago, and now wish it well as we create a new school of transformational passionate enlightenment. Will we teach the 4 Levels of Tantra Kriya Yoga & train new teachers & coaches? Yes, the Tantra Heart primary courses & levels are more highly evolved, upgraded & accelerated from what has been taught for the last 11 years. Specifically, the Tantra Heart courses are effective in fulfilling their purpose with increases of ~ unconditional love, emotional depth genius, relationship skills, appreciative inquiry, sensual flow peaking, intensity of witness consciousness & new ways to use the amazing Tantra Kriya techniques. What about the Cobra Breaths? Babaji Nagaraj, the wonderful yogi, creator of the roots of the Tantra Kriya system, came to us personally with guidance when we began this journey 11 years ago. He came again in a mystical, middle-of-the-night way this past month to show us evolved breaths. Kundalini Pranayam is the sanskrit language to describe the purpose of the breaths ~ to be fully awakened, infused with divine energy & presence. The breaths have dramatically more heart, witness consciousness, & energetic vibrancy than the previous versions. With the increase of heart energy in these, we are calling them Babaji Breaths. There are 4 levels of the breaths that we teach, plus 3 others that you receive from your inner access to Source. Are we distressed or angry with the people who are now administering & making decisions for Ipsalu Tantra, the organization? No. The daily practice of Tantra Heart leads us to joy, excitement & love that is natural, deep & real. Unconditional. We have immense gratitude to Bodhi Avinasha, Sunyata Saraswati & all those with whom we learned & worked in the accomplishments of the Ipsalu mission. As when we kissed our daughter goodbye, leaving her on her first day of college, we kiss Ipsalu goodbye & wish the organization well. There is sorrow in the parting... yet excitement too.
